THE STORY
Circumstances
Colleague Daniel Witte died on June 4, 2016, initially pursuing a suspicious person with his vehicle. When he brought it to a stop and wanted to check the driver, a 67-year-old motorist came with her vehicle and hit the colleague. The latter was thrown against a car and fatally injured.
