THE STORY
Circumstances
Pavel Votápek and Ladislav Machálek (ODMP.eu) worked in the administration of the capital city of Prague. On April 10, 2008, a tragic event occurred when their official car collided with an oncoming car. Pavel Votápek died the same day. Ladislav Machálek died one day later, on April 11, 2008.
