Aleš Chalupa

Aleš Chalupa served with the Administration of the North Moravian Region and, as in other similar cases, his death caught him completely unexpectedly, probably on a business trip, where one of his colleagues cleaned his service weapon, which resulted in a fatal blow. Sergeant Aleš Chalupa succumbed to a gunshot wound caused by another police officer on March 19, 1993, and thus became the 24th police officer who died in the service since 1990.
