THE STORY
Circumstances
On February 2, after his shift on the A-22 highway, he was driving back to Trento, where he lived. When he arrived near the Trento Nord toll booth, he witnessed a traffic accident between two vehicles. When he stopped in the breakdown lane to give timely assistance to the injured, he was hit by a car coming at high speed and driven by a drunk. He was killed on the spot.
