THE STORY
Circumstances
During a speed check, Heinrich Wottke wants to stop the driver of a speeding vehicle. The driver of the car brakes briefly in front of the colleague and then accelerates again. The colleague is hit. He dies at the scene of the accident. The man responsible for the accident is arrested 45 minutes later. He is a 19-year-old student who had previously stolen the car.
