THE STORY
Circumstances
On 08.08.1989, the colleague Harald Poppe together with the colleague Peter Quast (ODMP.eu) and other colleagues wanted to control a person after an assault and driving without a valid ticket. The perpetrator carried a bayonet in a rolled-up newspaper, with which he stabbed colleagues Harald Poppe and Peter Quast. Three other colleagues were injured.
