THE STORY
Circumstances
On 08.08.1989, colleague Peter Quast, together with colleague Harald Poppe (ODMP.eu) and other colleagues, wanted to check a person after a physical injury and driving without a valid ticket. The perpetrator carried a bayonet in a rolled up newspaper, with which he stabbed colleagues Harald Poppe and Peter Quast. Three other colleagues were injured.
