The colleague Bernd-Dieter Kraus was shot on 06.03.1975. When he and a colleague want to check a suspicious vehicle, fire is opened on the colleagues from a nearby bush. The colleague is fatally shot. As it turned out, the perpetrator had already killed the colleague Mathias Vieth (ODMP.eu) in 2011. Even then, the court attested him a high degree of criminal energy, as a result of which he had to serve a prison sentence of several years.
