He died from injuries sustained when he fell from a ladder. A few weeks before his death, the colleague, who worked as an electrician at the Mobile Department of Naples, was doing maintenance work on a ladder when a support was accidentally hit by a moving van. Colleague Vadalà fell to the ground, sustaining serious injuries from which he died some time later.
