Circumstances
Julius Rudolph Ottomar Freiherr Menu von Minutoli studied law in Berlin and Heidelberg. In 1847, Friedrich Wilhelm IV appointed him Police President of Berlin. He took on this post for about a year. Term of office 1847–1848.
