THE STORY
Circumstances
Ernst Leberecht Hugo Georg Colmar von Stubenrauch was a German lawyer, local politician and district administrator in the Teltow district to the south of Berlin. He grew up in Berlin and also attended a grammar school here. He studied law in Giessen and Berlin. In 1908 he became police chief in Berlin. His tenure was from 1908-1909.
