Kurt Göhrum (62)

Kurt Göhrum was a German SS group leader and, as a lieutenant general of the police, police chief in Berlin and a member of the NSDAP. From April 1944 he was briefly commander of the police in Berlin. From August 1944, initially on a provisional basis, and officially from the beginning of December 1944, he was the Chief Police Officer of the Berlin Police Department and Chief Police Officer there; he held these functions until the end of the war.
