THE STORY
Circumstances
The colleague Eckard Mordhorst died on January 17th, 2009 and was a German police officer and from 2001 until his death the police chief of Bremen. In 1984 he began training for the higher police force at the Police Leadership Academy in Münster-Hiltrup.
