Circumstances
On December 10, 1994, the colleague was attempting to clarify a matter. The victim of the crime had a friend who wanted to take revenge on the perpetrators. Due to the distance, he mistook the colleague for one of the perpetrators and shot the colleague, who was fatally shot.
