THE STORY
Circumstances
Saulius Grikšas went to the village of Doviliai to check whether the resident of this village complied with the restrictions on freedom imposed by the court. However, just a few hundred meters from the commissariat, the car skidded on a snowy road and crashed into a tree. The officer died an hour later in hospital.
