THE STORY
Circumstances
Marie Lusth died on May 23, 2001, as a result of a traffic accident she suffered in the line of duty on May 22, 2001. Lusth underwent surgery the same day, but after surgery it was determined that she had suffered a brain hemorrhage, from which she died the same day.
