Juan Antonio Fernández Gutiérrez (21)

The colleague was participating in a surveillance and protection operation for the May 1 demonstration near Plaza de Antón Martín when he was stabbed by a group of young demonstrators that he and his comrades were trying to disperse. He died shortly after being taken to the hospital. Four police officers were also injured in the attack, which FRAP claimed responsibility for days later.
