THE STORY
Circumstances
The colleague was the driver of the escort vehicle of the president of the Guipúzcoa provincial government, Juan María de Araluce. Four ETA members armed with machine guns fired at his vehicle and that of his companion. The two vehicles had just stopped in front of the politician's house and the terrorists murdered him and the other occupants, a total of five people.
