THE STORY
Circumstances
He was on duty at a post office when he went to his car to get something to eat. Members of the GRAPO shot at him with shotguns while he was doing so, hitting him in the head. Another GRAPO member shot at his colleague, who was also in the branch, but managed to save himself by fleeing.
