THE STORY
Circumstances
ETA terrorists had placed an explosive device at the foot of a tree near the port of Vitoria and informed the police station that there was a man in handcuffs. When he got there, he was squatting next to a chain with a padlock. Then there was a strong explosion that hit him full and injured four other police officers.
