THE STORY
Circumstances
He was murdered by a member of GRAPO while trying to arrest the perpetrators of the attack on an army general in Hermosilla Street. He was on duty in a patrol car when he encountered terrorists fleeing the scene of the attack. The colleague tried to intercept one of the terrorists, but another shot him first in the back and then again when the colleague was on the ground.
