THE STORY
Circumstances
He was going to the garage of his house with his wife when he encountered ETA terrorists. These were trying to kidnap a lieutenant of the National Police, who was a neighbor of him. He still drew his gun, but the terrorists shot him and his wife, who was seven months pregnant. They were killed instantly. Then they killed the lieutenant as well and fled the scene.
