THE STORY
Circumstances
He drove to an emergency call along with other police officers in two patrol cars. When he reached the place, a bomb placed under the garbage bags by an ETA terrorist exploded, ending the life of Francisco and that of a 13-year-old minor who was hit by the blast wave. It also injured four police officers.
