THE STORY
Circumstances
ETA terrorists had sent a parcel bomb to the president of the company responsible for the construction of the Leizarán highway. However, the package was returned to the courier, who notified the police. When the Tedax arrived and attempted to defuse the bomb, the package exploded, claiming the lives of Valentín and another colleague.
