THE STORY
Circumstances
ETA terrorists had sent a parcel bomb to the president of the company responsible for the construction of the Leizarán highway. However, the package was returned to the courier, who notified the police. When Tedax arrived and tried to defuse the bomb, the package exploded, killing Andrés and another colleague.
