THE STORY
Circumstances
While he was in his office, two members of the terrorist group ETA entered the office and shot him and his colleague, who died immediately from the shots to the head. Domingo remained paraplegic, having been hit in the spine by a projectile during the attack, and he died in 2003 as a result of his severe injuries.
