THE STORY
Circumstances
Two ETA terrorists had planted a car bomb in Calle Ocaña in Madrid and called the police. The area was cordoned off and the surrounding buildings were partially evacuated. Forty-five minutes after the call, the explosive device was activated, killing Luis instantly as he tried to evacuate the area.
