THE STORY
Circumstances
Together with two other colleagues, he had provided a mobile ID service in the Navarran town of Sangüesa so that citizens could renew their papers. When he got into the police vehicle after finishing his work, a bomb placed under the vehicle by ETA exploded. He died along with another police officer.
