THE STORY
Circumstances
From May 1951, he transferred persons across the state border to Austria. On January 12, 1952, he was arrested by the State Security for smuggling and espionage. In September 1952, he was sentenced to death by the State Court in Bratislava, and on March 28, 1953, he was executed in Prague at Pankrác. It was rehabilitated in the early nineties.
