THE STORY
Circumstances
He was in contact with a member of the State Security, Bernard Jašek, and therefore was arrested by the State Security on June 30, 1949. In the fall of 1950, he was sentenced to death by the State Court in Bratislava and executed on February 17, 1951 in Bratislava. On November 30, 1990, the higher military court in Trenčín rehabilitated him and canceled the sentence. On July 16, 2004, he was awarded the Order of Ludovít Štúr III in memoriam. classes.
