THE STORY
Circumstances
On May 4, 1949, he emigrated to the Federal Republic of Germany for political reasons and, after training, was sent to Czechoslovakia on May 5, 1950, with intelligence duties. While crossing the state border, he was arrested and subsequently sentenced to the death penalty by the State Court in Prague, which was carried out in Pankrác, Prague, on June 8, 1951.
