Jozef Čerňanek-Baroš

During the Slovak National Uprising, he worked as a gendarme with partisan groups in the area as a liaison. He was arrested and interrogated by the Gestapo. After his release, he was arrested again at the beginning of December 1944 and gradually delivered to the Sachsenhausen concentration camps - Oranienburg, Ordruf, Krawinka, Buchenwald, Weimar, Chemnitz, as far as Chomutov. On April 14, 1945, he died at the railway station Březno u Chomutova, after getting off the train exhausted.
