THE STORY
Circumstances
On May 28, 1943, he was arrested by the Gestapo for harboring Josef Fiala from Pavlov, who was wanted by the German police and to whom he also lent his pistol. On December 15, 1944, he was sentenced to death by a German court in Prague. He was executed in Prague on February 15, 1945.
