THE STORY
Circumstances
After the outbreak of the Slovak National Uprising, he fought in one of the four platoons of the field gendarmerie. On January 27, 1945, he was arrested by the Gestapo in Ružomberok and then shot – executed by a blow to the back of the head near the village of Lisková. He received the Czechoslovak War Cross 1939 in memoriam.
