THE STORY
Circumstances
After the outbreak of the Slovak National Uprising, he worked as a field gendarme in Turčianske svätom Martine. On September 10, 1944, he fought at Martinské holia, was wounded and arrested during the fighting. After imprisonment in Žilina, torture and no treatment, he was executed on December 8, 1944 by a shot in the back of the head in the Chrasť forest in Žilina.
