THE STORY
Circumstances
During the Slovak National Uprising, he and his family went to the mountains to join the partisans. On November 20, 1944, he was detained by the Germans in the village of Kolbovce, district of Stropkov, and was shot at an unknown location while trying to escape. His body has not been found.
