On Thursday 14 January 2021, Henk Tromp (former Police Chief Eindhoven-Strijp) passed away at the age of 68.
Henk retired from the Unit six years ago after a long career within the police, including Police Chief of Eindhoven (Strijp) and various managerial positions within detection, where his heart still lay.
