Gendarmerie officer, born 27 June 1914, of the Buštěhrad emergency detachment, Kladno district in Bohemia, assigned to a special gendarmerie detachment in Terezín in Bohemia. He was temporarily assigned to the Special Gendarmerie Detachment in Terezín from 18 November 1941. He helped the internees, had the keys to their apartments from where he took things away and handed them over to their owners. He was denounced by a woman and for helping the interned Jews he was arrested on 13 May 1942 and sent to the Auschwitz concentration camp where he died on 9 September 1942. His prison number was 1128432.
