Jan Skryja (29)

A member of the gendarmerie in Lanžhota, Hodonín district, Moravia, born on 13 September 1912. On 30 September 1941 he was arrested by the Gestapo for preparing treason. He was convicted by the state court in Brno on 5 November 1941 for disturbing public order and security and for preparing treason to be handed over to the Gestapo and confiscating all his property He died in the Mauthausen concentration camp on 16 July 1942.
