Jan Jelínek (56)

Gendarmerie officer in Moravia, born 13 April 1885, retired. He worked in the SOS Moravská Ostrava battalion as a company commander, on 22.9.1938 he was slightly wounded in the Czechoslovakia Těšín by glass from a window broken by a battlecruiser. During the occupation, he was involved in the resistance in the Defence of the Nation organisation. He was sentenced to death and confiscation of all his property by the Tent Court in Brno on 14.6.1942 for preparation of treason and was executed the same day by shooting in Brno in Kounic\'s dormitories.
