THE STORY
Circumstances
On August 17, “Theo” and his colleagues wanted to check a suspicious vehicle. After a chase, the vehicle stopped and the occupants fled on foot. In the ensuing scuffle, “Theo” had his service weapon snatched and was fatally shot by one of the individuals.
