THE STORY
Circumstances
In the early hours of 30 October 2025, a head-on collision occurred between two vehicles travelling along the N765 local road, between Cour-Cheverny and Mur-de-Sologne (Loir-et-Cher).
One of the drivers was killed instantly. Maxime Perroux, aged twenty-one, had just left the Blois police station after completing his night shift with the emergency response unit and was on his way home.
An investigation has been launched by the Montrichard-Saint-Aignan-Contres gendarmerie brigade to determine the causes of the accident.
