We are obliged to comply with EU data protection regulations and, of course, always endeavor to indicate the copyright holder / originator of an image for images on our website. Despite research and, if necessary, requests for publication on our website, we may be subject to errors.
We have researched the owner of the copyright / copyrights for all images / photos of people and made an inquiry. In the case of those images / photos for which we have returned without a result, we assume that they have been found on the Internet that this image / photo has been made available to the public. We just want to give the name a face with the portraits / photos. Nevertheless, we would like to properly name the correct owner of the copyright law / copyright. Notes on copyright and the use of images: The image shown here is subject to the copyright law/use conditions of the respective European country according to applicable law or EU law. Images taken 70 years ago and more after the death of a person are therefore generally free for use. If we have made a mistake with a picture, please send us an e-mail to clarify the situation. For all other images, we have obtained the copyright and shown it here.
